Field Service Technician Role

A key position in delivering technical support and service excellence at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on-site.
  • Install, remove, upgrade, modify, and change equipment at customer sites.
  • Investigate and resolve problems, including complex system faults, and perform repair work as required.
  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally to meet customer expectations.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Capture and report all activities using field service management tools.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting of service records, tasks, and inventory.
  • Record part usage and ensure returns are completed according to standards.
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) & Compliance:
  • Understand and comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Follow incident processes and conduct investigations as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state/territory gaming licenses.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple sites.
Preferred:
  • Experience in a technical field service role or electronics/mechanical repair.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools, maintenance scheduling, or service coordination.
