**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and advice to field sites, preparing and maintaining work packages, technical procedures, control sheets, methods, and documentation for the installation teams at the job site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing specifications, technical procedures, and work descriptions for installation subcontractors and evaluation of installation bids/offers
  • Facilitating clarifications with customers
  • Participating in design review meetings and ensuring field-related design considerations
  • Ensuring availability of HSE, quality plans, and documents
  • Developing and ensuring availability of project-specific procedures and safety assessments
  • Determining site layouts, tooling/fixtures, and site infrastructure requirements
  • Monitoring target achievement regarding quality, schedule, costs, and supporting corrective actions
  • Facilitating identification and allocation of required internal and external resources
  • Coordination and teamwork between site and back-office

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • University diploma in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience and technical understanding of Turbines, Generators, and balance of plant equipment
  • Project management, sub-supplier handling, and scheduling experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and budgets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full computer literacy in MS Office suite, SAP, and Primavera P6
  • Competencies in AutoCad, Solid edge software, or equivalent are desirable
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial
  • Team player with strong leadership and project management skills
