Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and welcoming professional to join our team as a Guest Services Ambassador.

This role involves providing exceptional service experiences for guests, working closely with various teams to align guest services with overall company objectives, and maintaining visitor records and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Hospitality, Business Administration, or high-end corporate concierge, possess strong administrative skills, a warm and welcoming nature, and highly confident communication skills.
