Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to curate the hotel experience for our guests. This role involves providing exceptional service, anticipating and attending to queries, checking guests in and out efficiently, processing daily transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and is looking for a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guest queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
  • Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure rooms are prepared for arriving guests.
  • Work a varied roster across 7am-11pm over 7 days.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a guest service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • A logical approach to resolving concerns and issues.
  • An empathic ability to anticipate guest needs and preferences.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Opera PMS.
  • A valid manual driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Sydney and the surrounding region.
  • A proactive 'can-do' approach to duties and responsibilities.
