Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

The primary role of the Guest Experience Specialist is to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience that fosters long-term relationships between clients and JLL.

  • Greets visitors, manages check-ins, and provides orientation at events
  • Coordinates with security to maintain a safe environment
  • Assists with event setup, manages guest lists, and provides on-site support
  • Coordinates high-level visits and personalized experiences for executives and key clients
  • Collects feedback, implements improvements, and enhances guest experiences
  • Works with various teams to align guest services with overall company objectives
  • Maintains visitor records, prepares reports, and manages guest-related activities
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Hospitality, Business Administration, or high-end corporate concierge or a related field
  • Flexibility to accommodate the hours of work and weekend events as needed
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver services to a high degree of quality
  • Warm and welcoming nature with a passion for creating lasting impressions
  • Highly confident communicator and strong and professional interpersonal skills
