The Guest Services Coordinator position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the guest experience.
This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless arrival and departure procedures for our guests, collaborating closely with various departments to achieve this goal. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, communicating effectively between Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping to facilitate smooth guest movement throughout the hotel, responding promptly to guest requests, overseeing luggage storage and retrieval, maintaining accurate records, briefing team members on VIP arrivals and special guest preferences, supporting onboarding and training, handling guest concerns, and adhering to safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
To be successful in this role, candidates will require previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services environment, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of property management systems, and flexibility including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts if required.
