Lead Concierge Team Member

The Lead Concierge Team Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing the Concierge team to ensure special assistance and information about local area attractions are provided to customers and patrons, aligning with hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procedures for luggage management, ensuring they are followed by the Concierge team.
  • Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of the Concierge section to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • C coordinate timely delivery and collection of guests' luggage.
  • Solicit feedback from Service Leaders - Concierge to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain quality control over Concierge associates' grooming standards set by Management.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all employees and guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish performance goals aligned with hotel and department objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a Concierge operation environment.
  • Fluent English language skills to meet business needs.
  • Role modeling Hilton's culture.
  • Strong character and ethics.
  • Ongoing commitment to following laws, regulations, internal policies, and implementations.
  • Sound sense of principle, professional management ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of decency.
