
Key Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Success Manager. This individual will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively to our team and that client expectations are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to manage multiple client accounts, and be capable of relaying client feedback and requirements clearly to our team.
They will also be able to identify and address client needs before they escalate, and have experience in a similar role is essential as well as a deep understanding of our technology offerings.
