Enterprise Client Success Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Client Success Manager to deliver high-quality services to large enterprise clients. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through collaborative stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within each client organization to offer support and make valuable contributions to help clients achieve successful programs that improve employee engagement and retention
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities by providing additional solutions to clients and working with Strategic Account Managers to drive commercial success and maximize value
  • Retain clients by building strong relationships and partnering with key customer contacts throughout the renewal process, ensuring seamless continuity of service
  • Analyse engagement data and review results with clients to demonstrate the value of the program and align it with their goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a face-to-face client relationship role, partnering with C-Suite stakeholders and driving business outcomes
  • Experience managing B2B enterprise or upper enterprise client portfolios, driving usage and adoption through strategic account plans and aligned service delivery
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver exceptional results
