About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Individual Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and retail clients, driving client acquisition and retention.

As a trusted advisor, you will foster strong, personalized relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives, risk profiles, and investment preferences. You will identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their goals, providing expert guidance throughout the onboarding process.

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and perform effectively under pressure. Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable, but not required. A passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.

  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client-facing processes and contribute ideas for improving our offerings.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies for client acquisition.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within financial services, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
  • Exceptional sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes is a plus.
