Our team is seeking a Collections Officer to play a vital role in the credit function.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

  • This includes finding solutions for clients and ensuring correct payments are applied to accounts.
  • You will also resolve varying issues for clients and perform ad hoc duties as required.

To excel in this position, you should have a few years of prior collections or AR experience and excellent communication skills.
