About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform into commercial accounts across Queensland.

Our Account Executives thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing new business development with strategic account management. You will build trusted relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand Salesforce adoption.

  • Leverage your expertise to land new logos, drive growth, and reinforce Salesforce's leadership as the #1 CRM provider.
  • Lead complex deals end-to-end, from prospecting and forecasting to strategy development, roundtables, events, and closing urgent opportunities.
  • Act as a territory leader, with autonomy over how you plan and run your day.

As a successful Account Executive, you will have deep experience managing sales cycles, including navigating multiple decision-makers, solution selling, and driving deals from initial engagement to close. You will also have a history of delivering exceptional results, consistently meeting and exceeding quota expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Salesforce solutions, using your knowledge to solve business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and specialists, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Apply solution-selling techniques to uncover opportunities, increase revenue, and add real value to customers.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement to nurture high-value, long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct research to define a go-to-market strategy and build a pipeline of qualified accounts.
  • Balance short-term wins with a long-term revenue perspective to maximise impact across your territory.
