About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of Breeze Connect's telco services and hardware solutions. You will work closely with our national account management team, support resellers, and help onboard new partners. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60 quality daily calls to warm leads or existing active accounts to explore opportunities, conduct health checks, or protect against customer churn.
- Work closely with our 40 account managers nationally to help their channel partners grow Breeze Connect services.
- Assisting with inbound sales queries resellers or account managers may have that include quoting, designing & compatibility checks.
- Be proactive & hungry to help grow all Breeze Connect services through our extensive database - both via account manager and working directly with resellers.
- Onboard & training for new Breeze Connect partners. 1:1 guidance on portal usage & fast-tracking their growth.
- Host online and in-person sales training on all Breeze Connect services offerings.
- Develop key marketing strategies with the assistance of the product management team, as well as working with the design team to create marketing campaigns & other initiatives to drive sales conversions.
- Prospecting new customer leads to develop a wholesale channel of partners utilising our telco services.
What You will Bring
- 5+ years experience in a voice or data sales role.
- Excellent product knowledge of IP Telephony and the broader Unified Communications space is essential. ie. NBN, SIP, Teams Calling etc.
- Excellent communication skills are a must; the successful applicant must be fast to respond to internal staff & customers - but also be highly accurate in their ability to offer support & suggestions.
- Bright and friendly personality with a strong desire to succeed & grow in a successful company.
- Strong ambition & hunger to achieve sales targets.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and certifications is desirable.
