About the role

Join the dynamic team at RWC Bayside as a Commercial Sales & Leasing specialist. This full-time role is based in Capalaba, Queensland and involves delivering exceptional outcomes for commercial property clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong client relationships
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of commercial property sales and leasing
  3. Undertake detailed market research and prepare comprehensive proposals and strategic marketing campaigns
  4. Negotiate and secure successful property transactions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients
  5. Maintain a high-performing property portfolio and deliver outstanding customer service
  6. Contribute to the continued success and growth of the RWC Bayside team

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
  2. Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  4. Passionate about the commercial property industry and driven to achieve exceptional results
  5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  6. Relevant real estate qualifications and licences
