F45 Training is a leading global fitness community that specializes in innovative, high-intensity group workouts. Our mission is to provide members with a premium workout experience and help them discover their inner athlete.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Digital Fitness Community Manager to join our team in VAURA. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.
This role requires a creative thinker who has a pulse on the latest social media trends and isn't afraid to take calculated risks. You will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, have experience with social analytics, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and edit content across multiple global social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Develop briefs for content creation with our creative and design teams for larger projects.
- Plan, create, and implement our social media strategies across the brands.
- Uphold community management best practices and engage with audiences across all brand channels.
- Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics.
- Monitor, engage, and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
- Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, and web traffic of social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels.
- Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy.
- Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness through impactful storytelling.
- A background in fitness and passion for functional fitness and Pilates.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management and community engagement.
- A demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social channels.
- A knack for evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies and tactics based on insights.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as some ability to create visuals and videos.
- Able to work individually or in a team environment.
