Your Responsibilities

As a Group Fitness Instructor with Crunch, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy classes to our members and building a strong community. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a loyal class following
  • Supporting club success through achievement of strong class participant numbers
  • Maintaining a high professional standard of instruction
  • Providing an exceptional group fitness experience for our members
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment at all times
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 in Fitness or equivalent qualification
  • Senior First Aid certification
  • Public Liability insurance
  • A genuine passion for changing lives through health and fitness
Preferred Skills

We are looking for instructors who can deliver engaging classes in one of the following areas:

  • Action-based classes: HiiT, Strength & Conditioning, Resistance Training, Circuit Training
  • Rhythm-based classes: Dance, Aerobics, Step, Pound, and more
  • Chill-out based classes: Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Barre
