Senior Health Safety and Wellbeing Consultant Role

We are seeking a senior health, safety and wellbeing professional to support the effective delivery of our health, safety and wellbeing strategy across all business units.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of health, safety and wellbeing systems and processes.
  • Engage and consult with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, safety and wellbeing performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the broader health and safety team to ensure seamless connections between project development and business delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess formal tertiary qualifications in a health and safety field, exceptional customer management/service skills, strong ability to manage external stakeholders, agile mindset to balance competing priorities, first-rate communication skills, broad health and safety technical skills, and excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation.

This role is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of health, safety and wellbeing systems and processes, engaging and consulting with managers and stakeholders, collaborating with the broader health and safety team, and ensuring seamless connections between project development and business delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
