We are seeking a skilled professional to lead safety initiatives, drive risk management, and champion wellbeing programs. The successful candidate will join our high-performing team at our Sydney Fulfilment Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective safety strategies that promote a healthy and engaged workforce
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans across people, processes, and places
- Design and deliver wellbeing programs that make a real difference in employee lives
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and self-insurance requirements
- Coach leaders, investigate incidents, and provide impactful training to the team
- Proven experience in a similar role within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing
- Sound technical knowledge of OH&S legislation and standards
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and consultation skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), online reporting, and iOS devices
- Completion of Return-to-Work Coordinator and ICAM Incident Investigation training, as well as Traffic Management training, will be advantageous
- Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are required
