This is a highly rewarding role for an experienced health, safety and wellbeing professional who can drive improvements in our business units.
As a senior level Health, Safety and Wellbeing Specialist you will be responsible for the effective delivery of our health, safety and wellbeing strategy across all business units. This includes engaging with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, safety and wellbeing performance and outcomes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures;
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required;
- Undertake risk assessments and research projects as required;
- Manage consultative arrangements within area of responsibility;
- Provide timely advice and strategic direction as required.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in a health and safety field;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Strong ability to manage external stakeholders of various levels;
- First-rate communication skills (written and oral);
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation.
