Position for Enhancing Quality

The purpose of this role is to guarantee client satisfaction with the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely results from all PhotonAssay units.
- Ensure that short-term and long-term QAQC meets laboratory and end-user customer requirements, establishing trust in PhotonAssay.
- Communicate and manage relationships with new and existing clients regarding instrument performance and data quality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new quality processes and procedures to improve PhotonAssay data quality globally.
The ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in engineering or science, or demonstrated equivalent experience, along with experience in a laboratory or quality management role.
Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Implementing effective quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy of results.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance overall quality and efficiency.
