
Quality Enhancement Director

The role of the Quality Enhancement Director is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer-facing quality activities and rapid responses to Customer Quality issues through efficient problem-solving initiatives.
This position entails defining and implementing short, medium, and long-term strategic actions to enhance quality across the entire value chain, overseeing global quality processes, driving quality-related certification activities, and maintaining intact quality management systems.
The ideal candidate will establish process performance indicators, ensure effective internal controls, continuously analyze process indicators, and take action to address situations where process performance deviates from expectations.
In addition, the Quality Enhancement Director will implement, deploy, and maintain a CI & Lean culture, define and implement a structure to generate, prioritize, and execute improvement ideas, lead the deployment of Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement methodologies across departments.
- Manage resolution of high-profile NCRs reported, monitor and control customer interventions triggered by customer dissatisfaction.
- Protect and strengthen customer trust by effectively addressing quality issues to eliminate or reduce their impacts.
- Act as an advocate for the customer by ensuring the Voice of Customer is represented within the local quality strategy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Holding an Engineering degree.
- Possessing Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above (QLT.02.QCI).
- Experience with Quality core tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
- ISO certification and Auditing, Quality Management Systems, Performance Management and Analytics.
