Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement across the organization. This involves planning, managing, and coordinating quality activities and client feedback systems to support all facets of quality enhancement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client feedback systems and processes
  • Coordinate internal and external audit schedules
  • Identify, lead, and participate in quality improvement projects
  • Coordinate actions based on audit results and review processes
  • Review department policies, procedures, and forms annually and update as needed
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices
  • Review and interpret information to drive organizational improvements and initiatives

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in quality management within a health-related field
  • Experience with ISO9001:2015 QMS or similar accreditations
  • A high level of confidentiality and exceptional communication skills – verbal & written
  • A continuous improvement/quality mindset
  • Excellent communicator with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Certification and/or experience in Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement in health & wellbeing is preferred
  • A strong background in reporting and analytics
  • Strong skills in Excel
