Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a high-quality calendar of meaningful activities and events that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.

  • Develop and implement lifestyle programs that enhance the physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural, and social well-being of our residents.
  • Participate actively in the delivery of activities and ensure their success through comprehensive planning and coordination.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed lifestyle assessments of residents to identify their individual needs and goals.
  • Maintain complete and timely documentation of resident participation and engagement in lifestyle activities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming and aged care quality standards.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a lifestyle assistant/coordinator position or similar role.
  • Previous experience in dementia care is highly desirable.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills and ability to use a computerised care management system.
