Job Overview

The role of the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager involves leading quality activities to ensure alignment with global or hub quality & CI strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic actions to enhance quality across the entire value chain, manage global quality processes, and drive certification activities.
  • Continuously evaluate process performance indicators, address deviations from expectations, and utilize applicable systems for monitoring and reporting.
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement, define governance structures, prioritize, and execute improvement ideas, deploy Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and methodologies across departments.
  • Manage high-profile non-conformities reported, monitor customer interventions triggered by dissatisfaction, protect customer trust by effectively addressing quality issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Represent the Voice of Customer within local quality strategy, represent the company in terms of quality, ensure customer satisfaction by evaluating risks, problems, and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree.
  • Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above.
  • Quality core tools experience: 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
  • ISO certification and Auditing, Quality Management Systems, Performance Management and Analytics, Project & Site Quality Management, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Continuous Improvement Project Management.
  • Demonstrates advanced English proficiency.
