A fulfilling opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of individuals residing in residential aged care.

About the Role:

As a Quality of Life Consultant, you will develop and implement strategies to improve the lived experience for people living in residential aged care. With a focus on wellbeing as a foundation for quality of life, your approach will align with 'MyTeam' relational and person-centred principles and practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver initiatives that enhance quality of life for residents.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor of Health Science or Applied Science, majoring in leisure and health or therapeutic recreation.
  • Diversional Therapist with at least 5 years' experience in residential aged care.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence workplace change.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation process.
  • Valid driver's licence, car and ability to travel to various locations.
