Quality Assurance Manager Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to partner with our team in enhancing quality and performance. This role will see you develop a high-performing quality-focused culture across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership excellence in relation to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of operations.
- Collaborate with teams to support each site in achieving their quality KPIs.
- Implement an internal audit schedule to ensure annual internal audits are completed for each site.
- Assist in the management of the CI Plan to focus sites on improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports on quality outcomes for operations and senior executives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration or healthcare.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of compliance, continuous improvement, quality management, and accreditation standards.
- Proven experience in auditing compliance, legislation, and standards with a history of transitioning operations to best practice.
- Experience in managing complex issues including investigations and complaints.
