Administrative Support Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Hunter Valley Private Hospital. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including managing reception duties, answering calls, and preparing admission paperwork.
- Organise appointments and maintain accurate and effective record management systems.
- Perform Health Fund Checks and manage the collection of excesses/co payments.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Complete other clerical tasks, such as data entry, as required.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early/late shifts and weekend work.
