Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Regional and Agribusiness banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients in the Port Macquarie region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a range of financial products and services
- Drive business origination and risk management responsibilities
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in building successful customer portfolios
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or a related field
