About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Regional Operations Manager to lead our team in the north / northwest areas of NSW. This role will be responsible for driving the future vision for our network, ensuring service continuity, coverage and sustainability, while delivering a high customer experience.

This is a leadership position that requires a high level of strategic, commercial and people leadership skills, negotiation and influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have experience delivering outcomes aligned with our Company Values and Culture Playbook, developed written and verbal communication skills, and a high degree of organization and time management.

The role will involve managing a large field workforce, monitoring and driving performance improvements, achieving operational targets, and leading through a transformational landscape. If you have previous leadership experience within a customer service environment, combined business and commercial acumen, and exceptional data analytical skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the future vision for our network in the north / northwest areas of NSW.
  • Lead a large field workforce to deliver high customer experience.
  • Monitor and drive performance improvements and achieve operational targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service continuity, coverage and sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate decision making.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering outcomes aligned with our Company Values and Culture Playbook.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of organization and time management.
  • Previous leadership experience within a customer service environment.
  • Combined business and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional data analytical skills.
