About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a key member of our Regional and Agribusiness banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and provide proactive support to retain their business and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions, including credit facilities and other banking products.
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for building strong customer-centric relationships.
  • Growth mindset with a desire to further develop financial skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in building successful customer portfolios.
  • Comfortable with driving business origination across diverse customer sectors.
  • Business banking experience within the property or financial sector.
  • Tenacious, resilient and self-starters, tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or a related field advantageous.
