Job Title: Solution Engineering Enablement StrategistAt a leading venture capital firm, we're seeking a skilled Solution Engineering Enablement Strategist to support our APJ team in creating and implementing our SE enablement strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and innovation of the organization.We're looking for an individual who shares our values, challenges ordinary thinking, and pushes the pace of innovation.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space. They will possess exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen, as well as deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.Snowflake experience is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will be able to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and produce quality deliverables.The role involves developing and implementing critical enablement programs that equip our sales organization with the necessary content, training, and resources to meet and exceed sales quotas.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement critical enablement programs to equip sales teams with necessary content, training, and resources.
  • Build strategic partnerships and align with internal and cross-functional SMEs on content creation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with peers to create greater scale and share content and other enablement artifacts to reduce unnecessary work.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space.
  • Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
  • Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Snowflake experience is a plus.
