We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development and implementation of our solution engineering enablement strategy in the Asia Pacific region.

About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing critical enablement programs that equip our sales organization with the necessary content, training, and resources to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • You will take a hands-on approach to developing and implementing our SE enablement strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • With your expertise in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader within our organization.
  • You will contribute to the definition and development of our global SE enablement plan, leading communication and execution of the plan and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from creating engaging content and delivering training programs to developing strategic plans and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience, with a strong background in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement.
  • Deep technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python, with the ability to design, build, and deliver enablement programs.
  • Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen, with the ability to lead through influence and establish sponsorship from diverse stakeholders.
  • Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core and/or SnowPro Advanced is a plus, as is data science or Spark experience.
