Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Enablement and Growth Strategist to join our rapidly expanding team in Melbourne. This is a hands-on, hybrid role blending sales enablement and business development.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in powering our growth engine, operationalising outreach campaigns, and driving new pipeline opportunities. They will work closely with the Growth, Product, Marketing Science, and Leadership teams to ensure every touchpoint is precise, impactful, and aligned with our bold market vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Growth team with high-impact sales assets, including pitch decks, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Operationalise and execute outreach campaigns and sales sequences to drive new pipeline opportunities.
  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Drive early-stage relationship building with enterprise prospects, setting the foundation for deeper engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or sales operations in a SaaS or tech environment. They will have a strong understanding of the marketing, media, and advertising ecosystem, as well as experience managing sales technology tools and executing outbound campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with being highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment is also crucial.
