Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team in Perth CBD. As a key member of our Records Management Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of internal and external customer service by responding to, managing and resolving customer and stakeholder enquiries through mailboxes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and dispatching approved home loan contracts and card letters to customers, relevant documents to solicitors for paper-based settlements,
  • Scanning incoming documents sent by customers and solicitors, actioning returned mail, making sure relevant documents and collateral details are correct after settlement etc.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a product or process environment or extensive customer service experience
  • Exposure to the lending process would be highly advantageous (but not essential)
  • Ability to learn and handle multiple tasks to support customers
  • Growth mindset with an interest and motivation to continuously learn new skills and develop your capabilities within the role.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive compensation package.
