About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our deli team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli and surrounding areas.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
