**About Google Customer Solutions (GCS)**
GCS sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities.
This is a fixed term contract position offering an estimated annual salary of $150,000. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and consult with agencies to extend relationships, increase advertising investment, and drive customer success.
- Deliver consistently against strategic goals on new and existing business while prioritizing an excellent business experience for managed agency partners.
- Build compelling, data-driven agency plans leveraging market insights and research to synchronize with our agency pod and internal cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data trends and customer performance to develop strategic business plans and prepare pitches and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of digital marketing industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or partner management.
- Experience working with C-level executives and across all levels of management.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
