Role Overview
This is a fixed-term contract position as part of our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams. As a trusted advisor and competitive seller, you will focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses. You will work with company owners to help them grow and make a real difference in their businesses.
Responsibilities
- You will collaborate and consult with agencies to extend relationships, increase customer and agency base advertising investment, and deliver consistently against strategic goals.
- You will build compelling, data-driven agency plans leveraging market insights and research, and synchronize agency plans with internal cross-functional teams.
- You will be an ongoing trusted thought partner for executive-level down to specific account teams, including Media Planners and Buyers on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
- You will analyze data trends and customer performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations.
Requirements
- You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of digital marketing industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or partner management.
- You should have experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management, as well as managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- You should have experience working autonomously in a dynamic environment, identifying potential business opportunities, assessing financial/business benefit, structuring agreements, and discussing terms with strategic partners.
- You should have excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as experience managing complex partnerships.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, reflecting the demands of the position and the qualifications required. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
