About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Kmart Group. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in building and delivering the supplier funded marketing plan, increasing sales, transactions, and participation in category.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of supplier funded activity through liaison with merchandise teams, suppliers, and internal marketing teams to plan and execute supplier funded campaigns across social and internal marketing channels.
- Manage the P&L for supplier funding, ensuring activity is delivered, rebates align and results for supplier funding.
- Represent marketing on the Licensing committee and maintain marketing licensing and supplier activity calendar.
- Build proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements
- Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Media agency background.
- Experience with coordination of marketing communication channels.
- Well-versed with campaign management and budgets.
- Good understanding of the creative and media planning process.
- Ability to translate customer and business insights into effective content strategies.
- Proficient Excel skills with an ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity.
- Skilled with building stakeholder relationships.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
