About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Kmart Group. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of supplier-funded marketing activity across various categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of supplier-funded campaigns across social and internal marketing channels.
  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for supplier funding, ensuring activity is delivered, rebates align, and results are achieved.
  • Represent marketing on the Licensing committee and maintain marketing licensing and supplier activity calendars.
  • Build proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Media agency background.
  • Experience with coordination of marketing communication channels.
  • Well-versed with campaign management and budgets.
  • Good understanding of the creative and media planning process.
  • Ability to translate customer and business insights into effective content strategies.
  • Proficient Excel skills with an ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Skilled with building stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
