Administrative HR Officer Position for Sydney

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Administrative HR Officer in EBR, a growing financial services company based in Sydney.

This position reports directly to the directors and involves working closely with other team leaders to meet all recruitment needs. The scope of this role will also include providing administrative support across HR in recruitment, interview processes, and general HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining employee files and records
  • Recruitment of various roles including IT development and general operations
  • Maintaining HR systems and folders, entering and processing data
  • Providing HR administrative support in various teams and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Direct on-boarding, internal changes & off-boarding, allowances, sales bonus letters, and general personnel management
  • Resolving personnel issues
  • Managing training, performance development, and employee relations
  • Overseeing internal and external activities

Selection Criteria:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the information technology sector
  • Strong organisational skills, close attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working with stakeholders and internal/external recruiters
  • Good working knowledge of software packages such as MS Office, Xero, MYOB
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
