Strategic People Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic people leader to join our team at National Pharmacies as a Senior Manager of People, Culture and Performance. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving our organisational development and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement contemporary people and culture policies, strategies and projects to support our organisational mission, values and strategic priorities.
- Coach and support our senior leadership team and managers on people issues related to performance management, employment relations, recruitment and general people best practice principles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Manage, coordinate and support the delivery of people projects, programs and initiatives that support retention and engagement of our people.
- Develop and implement a staff engagement strategy, including measurement impacts and analysis of results.
- Focus on building culture, capability and leadership across the organisation by developing relevant talent management strategies, people requirements and providing advice on legal and regulatory matters.
- Drive organisational effectiveness solutions and initiatives that will contribute to building a high-performance culture.
- Oversee investigations and case management activities as required, in line with policies, processes and best practice.
- Build and manage the people, culture and performance budget.
- Research and prepare relevant reporting, including monthly and quarterly board reports.
- Maintain and deliver the 'People Plan', in alignment with our business strategy.
- Develop the company strategy for, and lead the negotiation of, our Enterprise Agreements.
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic people leader who has a proven track record of driving organisational development and culture initiatives. You will have a strong ability to build and foster trusted and collaborative relationships, and will have previous experience partnering at the Executive and Senior Leadership Team level. You will also have a demonstrated ability in building and fostering high-performing teams that positively contribute to broader organisational culture.
You will have a strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and modern awards, and will have experience in analysis, critical decision making, project management and process improvement. Experience implementing HR technology will be an advantage.
