As a forward-thinking, collaborative, and influential leader, you will offer a tailored, considerate, and value-focused approach to partnering across various levels throughout the business. You will be responsible for driving our people engagement strategy and creating a high-performance culture, ensuring we are promoting diversity and inclusion in our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor leaders on performance management
  • Lead employee development and learning initiatives
  • Create and implement HR best practices, including ensuring risks are identified, managed, and monitored in accordance with our Risk Management Appetite
  • Contribute to business transformation, change management, and systems integration
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR support and guidance, including IR matters
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or higher degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and resilient culture
  • Extensive experience in providing expert HR advice and management across employment engagement, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency across all HR disciplines, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, maintaining policies and procedures, industrial relations, and change management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling people matters
  • Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to organizational growth
  • Passionate about coaching and developing managers in all things HR
  • Self-directed with exceptional organizational skills to meet competing deadlines
