Your primary focus will be on shaping leadership, talent, and the work environment to drive high performance and growth. You will be instrumental in delivering pragmatic and agile HR solutions and services to the enterprise, ultimately driving a high-performance and capability-building culture.
As a forward-thinking, collaborative, and influential leader, you will offer a tailored, considerate, and value-focused approach to partnering across various levels throughout the business. You will be responsible for driving our people engagement strategy and creating a high-performance culture, ensuring we are promoting diversity and inclusion in our enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor leaders on performance management
- Lead employee development and learning initiatives
- Create and implement HR best practices, including ensuring risks are identified, managed, and monitored in accordance with our Risk Management Appetite
- Contribute to business transformation, change management, and systems integration
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR support and guidance, including IR matters
- Undergraduate or higher degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (highly regarded)
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and resilient culture
- Extensive experience in providing expert HR advice and management across employment engagement, talent development, and workforce planning
- Proficiency across all HR disciplines, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, maintaining policies and procedures, industrial relations, and change management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling people matters
- Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to organizational growth
- Passionate about coaching and developing managers in all things HR
- Self-directed with exceptional organizational skills to meet competing deadlines
