About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic People and Culture Manager to join our team at Perks People Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people and culture strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals to ensure the effective delivery of people and culture services.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement a people and culture strategy that supports business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Organizational Development: Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and capabilities of employees.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement a performance management system that supports employee growth and development.
  • Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in people and culture, organizational development, and leadership. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful people and culture strategies, as well as leading high-performing teams. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
