Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Director of People and Culture at Scotch College Adelaide. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the College's vision and goals
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of HR professionals to provide expert advice and support to employees
  • Collaborate with executive teams and councils to drive impactful change and improve organizational performance
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
