Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a sales enablement strategy to uplevel our Sales and Customer Success teams
- Designing and delivering training programs to establish sales methodology practices
- Conducting call calibrations and coaching sessions to provide feedback and drive performance improvement
- Benchmarking team performance and collaborating with operations teams to capture key insights
