Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead onboarding, training and ongoing capability development for our sales team.
- Develop and implement tailored enablement journeys across multiple sales roles.
- Create and launch a product certification program for internal sales teams.
- Conduct needs assessments and build targeted training programs focused on soft and technical sales skills.
- Deliver hands-on enablement sessions and training (in-person and virtual).
- Maintain and optimize content repositories and enablement platforms.
- Scale internal content for channel partners such as agents and resellers.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with marketing, product and subject matter experts.
- Track and analyze enablement impact through metrics and post-training feedback.
- Identify and introduce cost-effective digital learning tools and formats.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar sales enablement or training role.
- Background in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to hardware or deep tech.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage enablement programs end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
- Experience with digital content creation (videos, e-learning, podcasts).
- Sales enablement certification is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
