Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead onboarding, training and ongoing capability development for our sales team.

  • Develop and implement tailored enablement journeys across multiple sales roles.
  • Create and launch a product certification program for internal sales teams.
  • Conduct needs assessments and build targeted training programs focused on soft and technical sales skills.
  • Deliver hands-on enablement sessions and training (in-person and virtual).
  • Maintain and optimize content repositories and enablement platforms.
  • Scale internal content for channel partners such as agents and resellers.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with marketing, product and subject matter experts.
  • Track and analyze enablement impact through metrics and post-training feedback.
  • Identify and introduce cost-effective digital learning tools and formats.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar sales enablement or training role.
  • Background in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to hardware or deep tech.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage enablement programs end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with digital content creation (videos, e-learning, podcasts).
  • Sales enablement certification is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
