We're seeking a skilled professional to drive sales enablement initiatives. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams.
About This Role
- Develop tailored enablement journeys for multiple sales roles
- Create a product certification program for sales professionals
- Conduct needs analysis to identify soft and sales skills requirements
- Design engaging systems, tools, and process enablement
- Maintain accurate and relevant enablement content
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for enablement content
- Identify subject matter experts to deliver technical training
- Analyze enablement metrics and post-training survey data to inform improvement initiatives
- Tailor internal enablement content to support channel growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience designing and delivering sales enablement
- Sales enablement certification is an advantage
- Experience managing end-to-end enablement projects with minimal supervision
