Empower Sales Success

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive sales enablement initiatives. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams.

About This Role

  • Develop tailored enablement journeys for multiple sales roles
  • Create a product certification program for sales professionals
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify soft and sales skills requirements
  • Design engaging systems, tools, and process enablement
  • Maintain accurate and relevant enablement content

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for enablement content
  • Identify subject matter experts to deliver technical training
  • Analyze enablement metrics and post-training survey data to inform improvement initiatives
  • Tailor internal enablement content to support channel growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience designing and delivering sales enablement
  • Sales enablement certification is an advantage
  • Experience managing end-to-end enablement projects with minimal supervision
