Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and develop world-class enablement experiences that empower our sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams to perform at their best. This role will focus on knowledge management, enablement communications, and learning support, helping us deliver consistent, high-impact enablement across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and own our central enablement platform, ensuring seamless access to resources and information.
  • Conduct thorough content audits, implementing best practices for structure, tagging, usage, and retirement to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create and maintain segment-specific playbooks, top tips, tools, and cheat sheets that cater to diverse audience needs.
  • Evaluate and update onboarding materials to ensure they are complete, accessible, and regularly refreshed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or GTM enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with content platforms, LMSs, and communication tools such as Slack.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to specific audiences.
  • Highly organized with a bias for action, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
