Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve client engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting sales targets
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
