Position Overview:


We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Business Systems and Process Manager to lead the transformation of our Supply Chain management strategies. This is a Fixed term 9 month contract role.


Day to Day:


As the Supply Chain Business Systems and Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our Supply Chain and DC operations and maximizing efficiencies across the business.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversight of the Warehouse Management System implementation, maintenance, and optimization, ensuring seamless integration and high-level process functionality.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement within the supply chain; from procurement to distribution, and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce cost of doing business.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights into supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Distribution Centres, Retail Operations, Merchandise Planning, Logistics, and Inventory Management, to align Supply Chain processes with overall business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks within the Supply Chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function, encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
